Whilst traditional face-to-face therapy can be a preferred method, helping to bring about positive change in your life, it is not always possible for people to get to a counsellors office and so online counselling may be a more accessible option.

Online Sessions

In difficult and extremely challenging times, it’s so important to reach out and ask for help. Online counselling offers a private window in which you can talk one-to-one about issues affecting your life.

Counselling online is available  through Zoom. Being able to see your counsellor gives you more of the benefits you get from face-to-face counselling but with the convenience of online. A link will be sent inviting you to connect at a mutually agreed time for sessions.

Phone Counselling

Phone Therapy offers a private window in which you can talk one-to-one about issues affecting your life.

Depending upon your preferred method a mutually session time can be arranged.

Session times and Personal Space

Your session times are important and this is your “space”. Being prepared is an important
part of therapy.  Ensure that you are comfortable and have a safe and private space to work in. Therapy uses energy and can bring up a host of emotions. Ensuring you have some "me" time
after each session through healthy self-care is good practice.

To connect through some of these service, you will need an internet connection, a webcam or camera on your phone, laptop or tablet.
If technical difficulties are experienced, for example computer or internet breakdown I will  contact you via text message so that an alternative session can be made.
