Where does the counselling take place?

Sessions can take place at Soundings Counselling Service or online.

Ideally located in the North East to facilitate private and discreet counselling services for

Meath; Navan, Kells

Louth; Ardee, Slane,

Cavan; Kingscourt, Bailieborough, Virginia.

Monaghan; Carrickmacross, Castleblaney.

How long does a session last?

The duration of each Counselling session is usually fifty minutes, focusing on your needs at the time.

How much will it cost?

My usual fee is €60.

We can discuss this at the first session if need be.

I also provide counselling support and help for students and unemployed.

How often do I need to come for therapy?

I recommend coming to counselling on a weekly bases for a minimum of six sessions to benefit from the process. However the number of sessions very much depends on the individual needs and the complexity of the issue disclosed.

Are the sessions confidential?

All counselling and Psychotherapy is confidential as stipulated by the guidelines of Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy Code of Ethics.
